Balance Essential Oil

Balance is a grounding blend designed to support calm, steadiness, and emotional balance. Often applied topically or diffused, it helps create a peaceful atmosphere and a gentle sense of ease through the body.

This blend combines spruce, ho wood, frankincense, blue tansy, and blue chamomile in a base of fractionated coconut oil. Together they create a warm, woody aroma with soft, fresh and slightly sweet notes. The result is a steady, comforting scent that feels both calming and centring.

Balance can be applied to the feet, wrists, or neck, used during massage, or diffused to create a relaxed environment. It is often used as part of a morning routine, during quiet moments, or before sleep to support a sense of calm.

Directions for use
Diffuse three to four drops in your diffuser of choice.
Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
Apply to feet, wrists, or neck as part of a calming routine.
